Cheverly Vegetable Gardens at Boyd Park
Cheverly is growing!
The new Cheverly Vegetable Gardens at Boyd Park has 41 4’x 20’ garden plots available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Many town residents can’t have a garden on their own property for a variety of reasons, including terrain, shade and a lack of available land. The Cheverly Vegetable Gardens will provide a sunny, level place to plant your lettuce in the spring, beans and tomatoes over the summer, and pumpkins in the fall.
This is a great opportunity to supplement the great produce you'll get at the Market this season, take part in a community organization (literally at its roots!) and learn and share knowledge with other Cheverly vegetable gardeners!
Get the application form and guidelines here.
