This Week at the Market: New Starts Farm

 

We're always happy to welcome longtime friend of the Market Tom Baldwin of New Starts Farm to Cheverly. Tom is here at the beginning and end of our seasons, and we enjoy having him -- and his gorgeous plants -- around to signal the start of this gorgeous time time year.

This week, Tom will have spring vegetables and flowering plants, including some perennials. He has a good selection of potted herbs in single pots and as well as combos in hanging baskets, lovely for your patio or porch. New this year, Tom have been growing a variety of hardy sedums. These plants are colorful, drought resistant and love rock gardens, pots, and work well as ground cover year round.
