Visit Community Forklift at Cheverly Community Market in the lower parking lot this Saturday from 8:30am to noon. Turn your trash into treasure...clean out your house while making a difference for a local non-profit.Community Forklift accepts modern, gently-used, and vintage house parts, as well as tools and other supplies you might find at a hardware store or home improvement center – everything from lumber and garden tools, to mantelpieces and medicine cabinets. CF will even picks up at your home good quality appliances and other large donated items.
Check your garage, basement, closets, etc. to see what you can donate, then bring everything to the Public Works parking lot on Saturday morning. In some categories, Community Forklift has specific requirements for what can be accepted. Please visit their website or call 301-985-5180 for more details.
