In addition to bringing pre-ordered turkeys and standing rib roasts to Thanksgiving Market,  Waltz Family Farm has great supply of aged beef that they'll share with us on November 17, including chuck, arm, rump and top round roasts, many different steaks to choose from, ground beef, brisket, and beef Italian sausage. Their pork supply is “chock full” as well, and they’ll have many different sausages, loin roasts, shoulder and butt roasts, and a few whole loin roasts-bone-in, like a crown roast.  They may even have hams cured and ready for the market...crossing our fingers! If so ham steaks will be available.

The Waltzes recently butchered a few lambs and may four more butchered his week, but, due to the recent hurricane, that supply may be limited, so if you want lamb, come early or  email if you have a particular cut you need. They also some nice shoulder roasts of lamb, rack of lamb, leg of lamb, ground lamb, and stew, as well as some very nice assorted chops (but Lauries has a feeling they'll go fast!)

On another note,  turkeys will be coming from Groff's Content Farm rather than the original supplier because the originals were just too small. Groff's Content Farm free ranges their birds and feed natural grains, and Laurie is very enthusiastic about the change. Customers who have already pre-ordered have been notified.

Still interested in ordering a turkey or standing prime rib roast (one available – 7.75 lb cut)? The deadline is Saturday, November 10. Email Laurie right away!
