Who's at the Market this Saturday? Martha's Jams!

We're so glad to have Martha Allen back this weekend -- we've missed you, Martha, and we need to stock up on your delicious jams! Of course these jams are delicious on toast or in a classic pb&j, but why not try something new this week? Incorporate a tablespoon full in the dressing for your delicious autumn salad. Add a bit to the marinade for meat or poultry. Braise tofu with jam mixed with olive oil before baking it. And how about a classic sweet omelet or crepes filled with jam and sprinkled with powdered sugar? There are so many ways to use jams to expand your cooking repertoire -- get creative!
