This week at the Market: Simply Sausage

We have been most fortunate to have Simply Sausage with us at Cheverly Community Market for the past several seasons. Stanley Feder and his team elevate sausage making to a truly artistic pursuit, and we've been amazed at the variety and exceptionally high quality of their product over the years. Sadly, this Saturday will be the final time that Simply Sausage is with us. Stanley explains in this letter, which he asked that we share with our customers:

Dear members of the Cheverly Community Market, 

Saturday will be our last day at the market. This season our sales are down to a level that makes it unprofitable for us to participate any longer.  

Alex, Santos, and I want to thank you for making us part of the Cheverly community. We value the friendships we have made among you over the past three summers. Many of you have been enthusiastic fans of Simply Sausage, making much of our effort worthwhile. We will miss you. 

You are welcome to come to the plant to pick up sausages. But please phone first, 240-764-7653. Our hours of operation are 6am – 12:30pm M-F. You can also visit our online store. 

We look forward to thanking you personally on Saturday.
