This Week at the Market: Waltz Family Farm

Waltz Family Farm will have some great fresh beef for us at the Market! In addition to their fantastic regular offerings (did you get some of those delicious cheddar-jalapeno hot dogs last Market? Amazing!), Laurie will have a few special items: one whole Briskett, weighs about 9.5 lbs and two Prime Rib Roasts - bone-in, weigh about 6lbs. each.  If you are interested email Laurie directly -- she won't bring these to us Saturday unless requested.
