Music at the Market: Roosevelt Dixieland Combo

We are so, so, so excited to welcome the Roosevelt Dixieland Combo back for a second performance this season! They were here in early July, and were so gracious to come back again. Here's a little laste of their performance of "When the Saints Go Marchin' In"

The Roosevelt Dixieland Combo is a student-run musical ensemble from Eleanor Roosevelt High School. They specialize in a lighter, upbeat style of jazz suitable for almost any occasion. Though they are closely-affiliated with the school, the Dixieland Combo functions as an entirely independent group. They've made appearances at many charity events, including as pancake suppers, ice cream socials, and church auctions. They have also performed at local nursing homes, and have been a part of the annual Beltsville Day celebration for many years running.

Make sure to welcome the band to Cheverly Community Market this Saturday!
