Cakes by Ruthann is back with us this Saturday, and we couldn't be more delighted! Make sure to stop by Ruthann's tent for authentic Jamaican spicy patties (beef, chicken and veggie) and mini black rum cakes that are absolutely out-of-this-world delicious!
