This week at the Market: Waltz Family Farm

You know, absence really does make the heart grow fonder. We all missed Laurie and Waltz Family Farm at our August 24 market...Laurie's sunny smile and wonderful way with customers is one of the great charms of Cheverly Community Market. We're so glad she's back with us this week, and she is well-stocked with a fresh supply of wonderful meats, including some new items to try!

Visit the Waltz Family Farm tent this Saturday for Chorizo Sausage Grillers, Bratwurst rope-style sausages, Sage Breakfast Links, and leaf lard which is great for making pie crusts (it's the secret of many a champion baker!) Waltz Family Farm will also have some beautiful beef and pork roasts, ground pork, lamb and beef, bacon, and -- one of Laurie's favorites -- smoked pork chops!
