This week at the Market: Waltz Family Farm

As colder air begins to build and the days grow shorter, we start thinking more about hearty meals that include rich, delectable meats -- roasts, stews, braises... This Saturday, visit the Waltz Family Farm tent for beautiful beef and pork roasts, ground pork, lamb and beef, bacon, and -- one of Laurie's favorites -- smoked pork chops! 
Laurie will also have a variety of sausage, including Chorizo Sausage Grillers, Bratwurst rope-style sausages, and Sage Breakfast Links. Making pies? Pick up leaf lard -- it's the key to the very best pie crust you will ever taste.
