Gone Greens will be on hand this Thanksgiving Market with custom locally made all natural collard greens inspired dishes, and we couldn't be happier to welcome Nessa back (she's been a big hit with our customers!) Gone Greens' collard green-based condiments are called “Flavor Blends” consisting of: Collard Green Pesto, Collard Green Chili Paste, Collard Greens Chutney, Collard Greens Pico De Gallo and Traditional Styled Pico De Gallo. For the holidays, Gone Greens is introducing their Collard Green Brochette...we can't wait to try it out!
