Tom Baldwin of New Starts Farm always teases that we must think he's some harbinger of darkness when we write of our eager anticipation each fall when he returns to Cheverly, a sure sign of winter's approach. To the contrary, we celebrate his arrival -- this is, after all the most wonderful time of the year.
Visit our dear friend Tom at Thanksgiving Market for wonderful handmade late autumn centerpieces made of gourds, corn, and other local fall vegetation, as well as bird feeders, some late vegetables (yummy leeks, brussel sprouts, and maybe a few others) from Tom's farm, pansies and other late flowers. We know you'll celebrate Tom's arrival in Cheverly, too!
