Order hams, cured nitrate-free and soooo good! Whole hams will weigh 7 to 9 lbs., and half hams will weigh in around 4 lbs. Waltz Family Farm will also have beautiful pork loin roasts (2 to 4.5 lbs.), and they just picked up a new lamb supply...classic holiday fare!

Select legs of lamb (4.5 lbs to 7.5lbs., or cut in half for smaller meals (2 to 3.5 lbs)), legs (boned and rolled, 3 to 5.75 lbs.) lamb shoulder roasts (2 to 4.5 lbs), shoulder roasts (boned and rolled, weighing around 2 lbs.), and loin roasts (about 1.5 lbs.) make wonderful, memorable holiday meals.
