This Week at the Market: The October 22nd Edition

It's hard to imagine, but we're at our last regular Market of the 2011 season...seems like just yesterday we were eagerly anticipating those first delicate fruits and vegetables on spring, and now we're thinking about the holidays!

In addition to Saturday's regular market (8:00am-noon), we still have two special seasonal markets; our Thanksgiving Market on November 19 (9:00am-1:00pm) and our Holiday Market on December 10 (also 9:00am-1:00pm). We have all sorts of exciting vendors lined up for those days, and look forward to seeing old and new friends at both!

This Saturday, bundle up and join us at the Community Center (it's supposed to be sunny but quite chilly!) to stock up on the best local seasonal foods and artisan offerings you can find. Here's our lineup:

As you can see, we have a wonderful range of vendors and great community groups. Bring your reusable bags and stock up on ingredients for wonderful late autumn meals. Start stocking up on thoughtful gifts for the holidays ahead. Visit our Cheverly Community Groups -- donate animal food with the Daisies, learn about our local environmental treasure, pick up the things you need to get your lawn in order and your garden looking gorgeous in the spring. Take the kids for CPRC storytime at 10:00am. Grab some hot coffee and a pastry, chat with your friends and neighbors and have a word or two with our Mayor. This is the kind of Market that really captures the great spirit of Cheverly Community Market and of our town. We can't wait to share the morning with you! See you Saturday morning at the Market!
