This Week at the Market: Cherry Glen Goat Cheese/Palmyra Farm Cheese

This week, we're excited to pick up some Brie, Monocacy Gold (perfect goat Brie style), and Crottin (an amazing substitute for Parmesan) from Market favorites Cherry Glen Goat Cheese! And Palmyra Farm Cheese might have a mozzarella this weekend...I think it's time to whip up some pizza on the grill, gorgeous brie omelettes, panini with fresh amazing cheese and local herbs.
