This Week at the Market: Benny's Fruit Stand/Rebert's Farm

We welcome Benny's Fruit Stand/Rebert Farm and the Rebert family back to Cheverly Community Market this Saturday. They come to us from Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, each Market and bring some of the most luscious produce you will ever taste. We're still thinking about those absolutely revelatory plums and pluots from last year -- each one was an absolute jewel!


A third-generation family farm located in the mountains of Ortanna, Pennsylvania, Rebert's  Farm specializes in all types of fruit including cantaloupe, watermelon, strawberries, blackberries, red, yellow, and black raspberries, blueberries, apricots, peaches, nectarines, dark and white sweet cherries, sour cherries, eight different types of plums, and more than 25 varieties of apples. This week, Matt tells us they'll have strawberries, rhubarb, and asparagus. Gorgeous, fresh produce at the height of the season. Visit the Reberts at Cheverly Community Market this Saturday and take home the tastes of Spring.
