Waltz Family Farm will have a wide selection of beef, pork and lamb. They have a lot of nice steaks, such as T-bone, sirloin and delmonico,  as well as  some very nice roasts. And their lamb rib chops and loin roasts are delicious...just add a rub to them and grill. The Waltzes also have nice supply of wonderful pork products, including thick cut chops, smoked chops and cheddar stuffed hotdogs! If you haven't tried the dogs, you are really missing out, they're awesome!
