This week at the Market: Benny's Fruit Stand/Rebert Farm

We are getting set for some mighty hot temperatures this weekend...by Saturday afternoon, we're expected to be near 100f! What better way to cool off than with some of summer's most flavorful, juicieist fruits? Benny's Fruit Stand/Rebert Farm will have blueberries, red and black raspberries, early peaches, and apricots -- all delicious right from the field or popped in the freezer (slices those peaches and apricots first!) and enjoyed as nature's perfect popsicles. Or drop a few pieces into a seltzer or sangria for an especially refreshing drink. You could also make a wonderful fruit salsa, a perfect accompaniment for salmon or tuna steaks. Whatever you decide to do with these treasures, make sure to stock up with the Reberts this Saturday at Cheverly Community Market!
