Yard Signs This Week: A Special Message

In light of Friday's microburst and the tremendous amount of work that Public Works, Pepco, tree/debris removal companies, and others are still putting in to restore the town, we are not planning to put up Cheverly Community Market signs this week. We hope to keep as many pathways clear for the crews as possible, and ask that you only put your signs out if your yard is clean and free of debris and crews will not need to access your property. We know this is an unusual step, but we feel that we can help the crews by keeping our signage to a minimum this week.

We need your help! How can YOU help to get the word out about Cheverly Community Market this week? Please tell all your friends and neighbors! Let them know that we will be up and running this Saturday morning, 8am to noon, at the Community Center, and that we're all excited to spend a great morning together (and replenish those freezers and refrigerators with delicious local goods)! There will be extra blog and Facebook posts throughout the week, there will be extra reminders online to help spread the word.
